Proença-a-Nova is surrounded by nature in its purest essence. Everyone is welcome to enjoy the Beira Baixa region to the fullest through walking trails that connect to historic mills, ovens and impressive geo monuments, as well as gorgeous river beaches where you can bask in the sun or go for some swimming, diving or paddling. Skydiving is also an option at the Proença-a-Nova airfield, in case you’re feeling adventurous.
